When Charging 7.2V and 8.4V Batteries:

The two central charging banks, as indicated in the diagram above, have slightly slower charging speed than the rest of the charger. It is normal for charging to terminate slightly later than the rest of the charging banks (usually no more than 30 minutes later than the other banks).

When Charging 9.6V Batteries:

When charging 9.6V voltage batteries, the two central charging banks will terminate significantly slower than the other banks. Charging time may be as long as six hours. Therefore, if a two-hour charging time is needed, use the other eight charging banks. Nevertheless, batteries will be fully charged in the two central charging banks when the green LED is lit.
